With Coupon Books or Monthly Statements, your members can send us a check each month, or give us a call to make a payment over the phone.

Our membership agreements allow you to set up auto renewals so when the membership expires there is no need for you to resell your members.
- 30-Day Auto-Renewal Notices
When a membership is expiring and auto-renewal option is checked, we send out letters either informing the member that his or her contract will be auto-renewing.
- Collection Calls
If a membership agreement becomes delinquent, we handle all the collection related services.
