After you sign up a new member, you can either fax a copy of the membership agreement, or enter it directly in FootPrint Software. Each month we collect money from the member in the manner you specified on the membership agreement.  If there are any problems, we work closely with you and your member to resolve the issue.  Then twice a month we directly deposit all the money we have collected for you directly into your bank account, minus our fee.

Are there any minimums?

No, there are no minimums.  If you only have 1 membership agreement with us, you only pay for the 1 agreement!

I'm a little confused about how your fees are calculated, can you explain a little more?

Sure.  Let's say you have an EFT membership.  This is a membership in which the member's monthly payment is drafted from his or her bank account.  We determine your EFT rate by the total number of agreements we have with you.  So let's say you have 50 or more agreements.  Your EFT rate is 1.5%.  (See Rates)  If the member's monthly payment is $50, then we charge just 1.5% of $50 which is $0.75 and you get $49.25.

What if my member does not pay?

If your member does not pay for any reason, we begin by making calls.  We try to resolve the situation as amicably as possible.  If the situation is not resolved quickly, we begin sending letters, while continuing to call.  If your member continues to refuse to make a payment, we can send the account to collections or give you the option of moving forward with the member yourself.  We will always get an approval from you before sending any account to collections. 

How do I know who is paying and who isn't?

That's the easy part.  First we send you a paper statement at the end of each month.  If you do not want to wait until the end of the month, our FREE Online site and our FREE FootPrint Software will give you an up-to-the-second glimpse into that the state of your finances.

What about Late Fees?

Late fees are $10 on all membership agreements.  This is money that we retain to subsidize the immense amount of work that goes into trying to resolve a past due account.   Anything else you dictate above a $10 Late Fee is yours.
